Refund policy

EARRINGS: Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, If an item breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will replace it for you if it is within two weeks of your purchase date. Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-crafted; as a result, they may have slight variations from the sample photo. There also may be slight imperfections. Although I try my absolute best to minimize these, it is impossible to make them blemish-free due to the nature in which they are created. Please know that I inspect each piece before I ship them out, and will never send you a piece that has any major imperfections.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Digital Products, which are purchased as an access code or which are downloadable, such as color recipes, are not eligible for return or refund. 

ALL OTHER ITEMS: We do not accept returns. However, if you item is damaged, please email molly@theclayfulco.com, and we will make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
