FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $15

  • Our free shipping offer is available to all full-priced orders over $15 shipped to the United States.
  • Orders outside of the United States are ineligible.
ORDER/SHIPPING DETAILS
  • Please note that neither FedEx, UPS, nor USPS guarantees transit over the weekend. 
  • USPS does not actually guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (One business day) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.
  • A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated.
  • Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We typically process our orders in less than 24 hours, therefore our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Please contact us here to see if your order can be canceled. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country.
  • The shipping fees we charge for your order do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.
  • If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.
  • We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.
  • Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery status.
RETURN POLICY
  • EARRINGS: Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, If an item breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will replace it for you if it is within two weeks of your purchase date. Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-crafted; as a result, they may have slight variations from the sample photo. There also may be slight imperfections. Although I try my absolute best to minimize these, it is impossible to make them blemish-free due to the nature in which they are created. Please know that I inspect each piece before I ship them out, and will never send you a piece that has any major imperfections.
  • DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Digital products, which are purchased as an access card or which are downloadable, such as color recipes, are not eligible for return. 
  • ALL OTHER ITEMS: We do not accept returns. However, if you item is damaged, please email molly@theclayfulco.com, and we will make it right.
