ARE THE EARRINGS HEAVY?

No, not at all! In fact, I often forget that I am wearing earrings when I have them in. The earrings are all made out of high-quality polymer clay, resulting in an end product that is only fractions of an ounce! The largest pair of earrings that I make will not even show up on my very sensitive shipping scale that goes down to 0.1 ounce! Wave goodbye to droopy earlobes!

 

WHAT ARE YOUR EARRING POSTS MADE OUT OF?

All posts are made out of surgical steel/gold-plated surgical steel, ensuring that they are safe for all ears!

  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY EARRING ORDER TO SHIP?

Due to the attention and detail that goes into making each piece as perfect as possible, I do require a few days of processing time before shipping your order. Although I try to get your order out as soon as possible, I ask for 5-7 days for  to make, package, and ship your items since each piece is made individually with love.

**If you need an item by a certain date- please contact me before placing the order to ensure it is a feasible timeline. I will try my best to get you your items on time if it is within reason. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because of sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, If an item breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will replace it for you if it is within two weeks of your purchase date.

Please keep in mind that all pieces are hand-crafted; as a result, they may have slight variations from the sample photo. There also may be slight imperfections. Although I try my absolute best to minimize these, it is impossible to make them blemish-free due to the nature in which they are created. Please know that I inspect each piece before I ship them out, and will never send you a piece that has any major imperfections.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN/CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

If your earrings are dirty, gently clean them with acetone and a cotton swab.

Avoid showering or sleeping in your earrings.

Although polymer clay tends to be fairly durable, please avoid bending your earrings- they can break if if handled with force.

It is best to travel with them in their shipping box to minimize the risk of breaking them.
